Place the Chinese noodles on a heat-resistant plate, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 50 seconds at 600W, then loosen them up.

Add sake to the powdered sauce and mix.

Add oil to a frying pan, add the pork, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and stir-fry.
