In modern times, Omusoba has gained popularity for its unique presentation and is often found in izakayas and home kitchens alike.

Stir-fry 1 packet of yakisoba noodles in 2 teaspoons of lard.
Add powdered sauce, 1 tablespoon of sake, 1/2 tablespoon of mirin, 1/3 teaspoon of hondashi, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 2 shakes of black pepper, and 2 shakes of garlic powder, and mix well.
In another pan, stir-fry 70 grams of pork in 1 teaspoon of lard, add 5 grams of rehydrated shiitake mushrooms, 100 grams of bean sprouts, then add the noodles and sauce, stir-fry, and plate.
Mix 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of water, and salt and pepper, then cook in 2 teaspoons of oil until half-cooked, and place on top of the noodles. Add sauce, mayonnaise, aonori, and beni shoga.
