60g rice
150g boiled chickpeas
1 onion

1 carrot
2 tbsp chickpea flour
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tsp marjoram
1 tsp dried garlic
salt to taste
freshly ground pepper
3 tbsp natural yogurt
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
fresh parsley
fresh mint
1 clove of garlic
