Sautee onion and garlic.

Add roast, brown on all sides.

Add water to the top of the roast and cover. Simmer for 3 - 4 hours until very tender.

Transfer roast into skillet and break apart.

Add 3/4 cup broth.

Add taco seasoning.

Simmer for 10 minutes covered.

Add 1/2 cup salsa, mix well.

Heat cheese for 1 minute on tortilla in microwave.

Fold in meat beans and avocado.

Grill on skillet with melted butter.
