In another bowl, combine all purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda.

Mix in lemon juice and then add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing well.

Coat blueberries with 1 tbsp of flour and fold them into the batter gently.

Add vanilla and mix well.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes.

Cover with a damp cloth and let it cool down completely.

Dust with powdered sugar on top before serving.
