Mix 500 g flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 25 g fresh yeast, and 100 g sugar in a bowl.

Add the zest of one lemon and 50 ml oil to the mixture.

Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.

Place the dough in a bowl greased with a little oil and cover it to let it double in volume.

Grease the work surface with a little oil and divide the dough into 6 equal parts (or 12 for smaller sizes).

Shape each part into a ball and cover them.

Roll out one ball into a round shape.

Make decorative cuts with a stick and add plum jam in the center.
