Roll out the dough into a thin circle.
Cut the circle into wedges, like a pizza.
Place a small spoonful of fruit preserves at the wide end of each wedge.
Roll each wedge tightly from the wide end to the tip.
Place the rolled rogalki on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Brush the tops with milk for a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden, about 20-25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
