Add 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup of sour cream, and 1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning.
Include 2.5 oz of real bacon pieces, then mix in Badia complete seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add a little adobo seasoning and mix with hands, being careful not to overmix.
Form into 1/4 pound patties with a dimple in the center to prevent shrinking.
Place patties in a large skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve with mayonnaise, lettuce, and tomato, alongside tater tots.
For stuffed peppers, use 1 lb of lean ground beef and season with Badia complete, chili powder, black pepper, and salt.
Mix in 1/4 cup of chopped onions and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, then stir.
Add 8 oz of tomato sauce and 2 cups of cooked white instant rice, mix well.
Cut and deseed peppers, fill them to the top with the beef mixture, and top with cheese.
If desired, pre-cook peppers in the oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, then broil to brown cheese.
For smashed burger tater skillet, cube 3 large russet potatoes, season with paprika, garlic, onion powder, and pepper, and toss in olive oil.
Cook potatoes at 400°F for about 20 minutes.
In a skillet, smash 2 lbs of lean ground beef into the bottom, season with salt and pepper, and add Kender's caramelized onion butter.
Sear for about 10 minutes, then flip and sear the other side, cutting into quarters if necessary.
Mix in the cooked potatoes and top with 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, broil for 4-5 minutes.
Drizzle burger sauce over the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
For Korean beef and rice, brown 2 lbs of ground beef, season with salt and pepper.
Add 2 tablespoons of garlic, 1/4 cup of light brown sugar, and 1/4 cup of soy sauce, stirring well.
Incorporate 2 teaspoons of toasted sesame oil and 2 teaspoons of ground ginger paste, then let simmer for 5 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter before serving over rice with green onions and sesame seeds, alongside steamed broccoli.
