Preheat the oven.

In a bowl, mix the 400 ml of cream, 300 ml of milk, and 150 g of sugar until well combined.

Add the 5 eggs and mix until smooth.

In a saucepan, combine 4 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of water to make caramel. Heat until it turns golden brown.

Pour the caramel into the bottom of a flan mold.

Pour the flan mixture over the caramel in the mold.

Bake in a water bath until set.
