Easy to make Pineapple Panna Cotta

Soak gelatin in cold water for 5-10 minutes until softened.

Heat heavy cream and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.

Add soaked gelatin to the warm cream mixture and stir until fully dissolved.

Pour in pineapple juice and mix well.

Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a bowl to remove any lumps.

Divide the mixture evenly among serving glasses.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Prepare pineapple chunks by chopping them into small pieces.

Once panna cotta is set, top each serving with pineapple chunks.

Serve chilled and enjoy.
