It dries hard, making it ideal for creating detailed decorations that can last for a long time. This icing is commonly used during festive occasions, especially around holidays like Christmas and Easter, where decorated cookies are a tradition.

Aquafaba is a plant-based alternative, while egg substitutes can be more affordable.
Add the paddle attachment to the KitchenAid mixer.
Combine the powdered sugar and meringue powder in the mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Gradually add 2/3 cup of water, starting with half and adjusting as needed.
Add 1/4 cup of corn syrup and mix until combined.
Add 1 tbsp of Butter Bakery Emulsion and mix to incorporate.
Add 1 tbsp of vanilla extract and mix again.
Add 1 teaspoon of white gel color and mix until well combined.
Whip the icing for 30-45 seconds until fluffy, being careful not to overmix.
Adjust the consistency with additional powdered sugar or water as needed for outline consistency.
Cover the icing with a damp paper towel to prevent crusting.
