Mix 7 cups of flour and 3 cups of wheat together in a large bowl.
Add milk powder, sugar, bread improver, nutmeg, yeast, 1 egg, evaporated milk, and butter to the flour mixture.
Add water to the mixture and mix well until combined.
Take the dough to a rolling machine for rolling.
Grease a baking pan and place the dough into it.
Allow the dough to rest for about 6 to 7 hours for it to rise.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Bake the bread in the oven for about 35 to 40 minutes until ready.
