1 cup Zucchini (cut into strips)
1 cup Mushroom (cut into thin slices)
1 cup Beef (cut into strips)
1 cup Kimchi
Fried egg
2 tablespoons of Gochujang (Korean hot chilli paste)
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of water
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of rice vinegar/lemon juice

Add some oil in the rice cooker, fry an egg and set aside.

Add some oil in the rice cooker, stir fry the toppings until they are soften (for vegetables) or cooked (for meat). No need to add any water. Then set aside.

Coat the rice cooker with a thin layer of sesame oil. Add the cooked rice. Switch to the cook mode. Cook until the bottom of the rice turns golden brown (crispy).

Place the toppings nice on top of the rice. Place the fried egg in the centre.
