1 kg chicken thigh fillets, sliced into 3 pieces
4 small potatoes, peeled and sliced into wedges

1 whole lemon, sliced
1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
25 olives

1 cube ginger

1 large onion, sliced
250 ml chicken stock (made from 1 chicken stock cube in boiling water)
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cumin
0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
0.5 teaspoon hot chili powder

Start by adding a little oil to the bottom of the pressure cooker.

Press the sauté button and set it for 10 minutes to preheat.

Add sliced onions to the preheated oil and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

After 2 minutes, add garlic and ginger to the onions.

Add the spices (smoked paprika, turmeric, cumin, cinnamon, hot chili powder) to the mixture.

Pour in the orange juice and chicken stock, and stir well.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then add it to the pot.

Add olives, mixed fruit (cranberries and raisins), and chopped carrot to the pot.

Lay the potato wedges over the top and season with a little salt and pepper.

Seal the lid of the pressure cooker and select the pressure cook setting on high for 10 minutes.
