1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup red bell peppers
tortillas
shredded mozzarella cheese
shredded cheddar cheese
chopped cucumbers
chopped tomatoes
fresh lemon juice

Add 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan.

Add 1/2 cup of chopped onion and sauté for 5 minutes.

Add 250 grams of minced mutton (or chicken or beef).

Add 1/2 tablespoon of garlic and ginger paste.

Add 2 tablespoons of red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of red chili flakes, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix well and let cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.

Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Add 1/4 cup of red bell peppers and mix well. Set the mince filling aside.

Prepare the salsa by mixing chopped onion, chopped cucumbers, and chopped tomatoes. Squeeze fresh lemon juice and mix well.

Grease a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil and place the tortillas in the pan, cooking them on medium flame on both sides.

On one side of the tortilla, place some shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, then add the cooked mince topping, and top again with more cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

Cover the tortilla and cook until the cheese melts and the tacos are ready.
