Start by cleaning the beef feet and beef ribs under hot water.
Boil water in a large pot and add the beef feet first, cooking them for about 1.5 hours.
After 20 minutes of cooking the beef feet, wash the beef ribs in hot water for a minute to remove impurities.
Add the beef ribs to the pot with the beef feet after they have cooked for 20 minutes.
Add 1 whole onion and 2 chopped tomatoes to the pot, cover it, and let it boil.
After boiling, add salt to taste.
Prepare the vegetables by chopping the yuca, squash, celery, and carrots into pieces.
After about 10 minutes of cooking the ribs, add the chopped vegetables to the pot.
Add 2 cubes of beef bouillon and 2 cubes of chicken bouillon to the pot.
Add more water to the pot as needed to ensure there is enough broth for the soup.
Cover the pot and let it cook until the meat is tender and the vegetables are soft.
Once the meat is tender, add fresh mint and remove excess fat from the surface of the soup.
Add a pinch of paprika for color and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve hot with tortillas and lime.
