2 packets buldak carbonara ramen

Scoop 1 tbsp of gochujang into a small bowl.

Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, 1 minced garlic clove, salt, pepper, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, and 1 tbsp of brown sugar to the bowl.

Mix all the ingredients together in the bowl.

Rub the mixture all over a piece of boneless skinless chicken thigh.

Allow the chicken to marinate for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan.

Cook the chicken for 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.

Wipe the pan clean after cooking the chicken.

Pour in a little over 1/2 cup of milk or heavy whipping cream and 1/2 cup of chicken broth into the pan.

Scoop in 1 tbsp of gochujang.

Add both packets from the buldak carbonara ramen to the pan.

Mix everything together and allow the broth to come to a simmer.

Once it begins to simmer, add in the noodles and allow to simmer for 4 minutes, breaking up the noodles as they soften.

After 4 minutes, ensure the noodles are cooked through.

Slice the cooked chicken and add it on top of the noodles.

Spoon some of the sauce over the chicken and noodles.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and add 1 slice of American cheese on top.

Cover the pan with a lid for a couple of minutes or until the cheese melts.
