Coconut oil adds flavor and is healthier than some vegetable oils.

Cut and section the turkey wings.
Wash the turkey wings in salt water.
Add the turkey wings to a pot with leftover Killy Wily seasoning and all preit seasoning salt to taste.
Stir the turkey wings and cover to steam in their own juices for about 5 minutes.
Add enough water to the pot to cook the turkey wings until fully done.
Peel, cut, wash, and prep the yam.
Add a little bit of turmeric to the yam for color (optional).
Cut the yam into pieces as preferred, mimicking roadside style.
Fry the turkey wings until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the turkey wings and strain them, setting aside the stock.
Using the same oil, fry the yam pieces until golden brown.
Remove the yam from the oil and drain it.
