4 cube steaks
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
2 cups beef broth
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup milk

In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Dredge each cube steak in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess flour.

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add the cube steaks to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.

Remove the steaks from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.

Return the cube steaks to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes until tender.

Stir in the milk and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
