1

Peel and chop potatoes into small cubes. Place them into a pot, fill it with water, add 1 tsp. salt and cook until the potatoes are soft.

2

Chop onion, garlic, carrots and celery sticks into small pieces.

3

Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a pot and add your minced beef. Stir fry the beef until it gets a brown color. Remove the beef from the pot and set aside for a while. Add some more olive oil into the same pot and add your chopped vegetables. Season with 1 tsp. salt and black pepper. Add 1 tsp. tomato puree into the vegetables. Keep stirring the vegetable mix.

4

Meanwhile when the potatoes are cooked, drain them and return them into the pot. Add 100 g butter and start mashing the potatoes with a potato masher. Slowly add some milk and continue mashing the potatoes until they are smooth and creamy. Season with white pepper and 1/2 tsp. salt.

5

Add 150 ml red wine to your vegetable mix. Season with thyme, 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and add your chopped garlic. After 3 minutes place back your minced beef into the pot. Mix well together and season with some more thyme. After a few minutes add 1 tbsp. flour and mix well. Then add 400 ml beef stock and keep stirring. Place the 250 g peas into your mix and cook for another 20-30 minutes.

6
