1 large onion diced
1 cup of celery diced
1 cup of beef broth
1/2 cup of cream (half and half)

1/4 cup flour
3 tablespoons of ketchup
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
3 garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup of butter
6 russet potatoes cubed
