Heinen's Gruyere cheese
Heinen's Swiss cheese
corn starch
ground nutmeg
salt
pepper
2/3 cup heavy cream
Heinen's chocolate

Bring 2/3 cup white wine and the juice of 1 lemon to a low boil.

Mix Heinen's Gruyere and Swiss cheese blend with a little corn starch.

Slowly whisk in the cheese until completely combined.

Finish with a little ground nutmeg and adjust seasonings with salt and pepper.
