Mix 1.4 pounds ground pork with 0.6 pounds ground beef, 1 large egg, 2 teaspoons salt, and 0.5 teaspoons black pepper.

Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and set aside.

In a large pot, pour in 3 liters of water and bring it to a boil.

Add the green part of 1 leek tied with kitchen string, 1 large quartered onion, 5 bay leaves, 4 carrots cut into thick wedges, 1 large parsnip cut into 2 pieces, 13 allspice berries, and 1 heaped tablespoon of salt.

Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.

Add the prepared meatballs to the pot, cover, and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.

Prepare 200 grams of double cream or heavy cream, adding one-third ladle of the soup liquid and mixing. Repeat this two times.

Add one whole ladle of soup to the cream mixture, constantly mixing, and then add it back to the soup.

Add 0.5 cup of thinly chopped fresh dill, and optionally fresh chopped parsley.

Discard the leek, bay leaves, and easily remove the allspice berries before serving.
