In a pan, add milk and warm it on low to medium flame.

Add vinegar and keep stirring until you see it curdle.

Strain the curds from the whey and squeeze out the excess water.

In a separate bowl, heat hot water and add the cheese ball to stretch it for at least 3 or 4 times.

Place the stretched cheese in cold water and squeeze out the water again.

Cover the cheese in cling film and keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.

Use as required.
