Kung Pao Noodles

250 grams paneer
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon red chili sauce
1 teaspoon green chili paste
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon oil
salt to taste
2-3 dried red chilies

Cut 250 grams of paneer into thick cubes.

Marinate the paneer with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of red chili sauce.

Boil water for the noodles.

Heat oil in a pan and add peanuts to fry until light brown.

Remove the peanuts and set them aside.

In the same oil, add 1 teaspoon of garlic paste and sauté until light brown.

Add chopped bell peppers and mix well.

Add boiled noodles to the pan and stir to combine with the vegetables.

Add 2-3 dried red chilies and mix them in.

Add the marinated paneer to the pan and stir-fry gently.

Add 1 teaspoon of sugar, salt to taste, and 1 teaspoon of green chili paste.

Mix everything well and adjust the seasoning with more soy sauce if needed.

Add a little water if the mixture is too dry and stir to combine.

Finish with a drizzle of oil and garnish with sesame seeds.
