1 pack of rosemary

1 bushel of curly parsley

6 ounces of garlic
1 whole pack of sweet bell peppers
1 tablespoon of turmeric
2 tablespoons of adobo
2 tablespoons of paprika
2 tablespoons of chili flakes
2 tablespoons of black pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Wash all herbs and vegetables, removing any limp pieces.

Chop the sweet bell peppers into cubes and set aside.

Chop the jalapeno peppers, handling them carefully.

Chop the green onions, leaving about an inch and a half of the stalk to regrow in water.

Peel the leaves off the rosemary, discarding the thick stalk.

Blend the chopped sweet bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, onions, garlic, ginger, and herbs together in a blender with olive oil and some water until smooth.

Add the dry seasonings (turmeric, adobo, paprika, chili flakes, black pepper) to the blended mixture and mix well.
