Wash and dry the chicken thoroughly.

Season the chicken with crushed garlic, finely chopped bird pepper, shallot, black pepper, 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon of maggi bouillon powder. Mix well.

Cover the chicken and let it marinate in the fridge for about an hour.

Prepare the cabbage by removing the first two leaves and cutting out the hard part. Cut the cabbage into small pieces and rinse well.

Cut sweet peppers into small pieces and prepare half an onion and scallions.

Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in a non-stick pan.

Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook, turning occasionally, for about 10-15 minutes until fully cooked without adding water.
