4 lb chicken

1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp brisk all-purpose seasoning
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
fresh thyme
red cooking wine
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce

Clean the chicken by scraping off unwanted parts with a knife.

Cut off the tail of the chicken.

Remove all innards from the inside of the chicken using your fingers.

Wash the inside of the chicken with lime.

Mix spices together: 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 2 tbsp brisk all-purpose seasoning, 1 tbsp black pepper, 1 tbsp paprika, and 1 tsp salt.

Rub the chicken with vegetable oil to help the seasoning stick.

Season the chicken inside and underneath the skin with the spice mixture.

Stuff the chicken with fresh thyme.

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Place red cooking wine inside the wrap for the chicken.

Tie the legs of the chicken together.

Put the chicken in the oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Melt 1/3 cup of butter in a pan.

Add 1/3 cup of honey and 2 tbsp of soy sauce to the melted butter to make the glaze.

Take the chicken out of the oven and brush the sauce on them.

Put the chicken back in the oven for another 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, the chicken is ready to serve.
