Add 1 cup packed fresh green spinach to the food processor.

Add 1/2 cup thawed green peas to the food processor.

Add 1 1/2 cups canned chickpeas (boiled, rinsed, and drained) to the food processor.

Add 2 large garlic cloves to the food processor.

Add salt to taste and fresh ground black pepper to taste.

Add 1 tbsp tahini to the food processor.

Add 2 tbsp olive oil to the food processor.

Add lemon juice or lime juice to taste.

Close the food processor and process until a nice smooth paste is formed, stopping to push down the edges as needed.

Taste and adjust lime or lemon juice, salt, and black pepper as needed.

Plate the spinach and green pea hummus and serve.
