- ●4 hamburger buns

Instructions
- 1In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped mushrooms and onions until softened, about 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- 2In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, sautéed mushrooms and onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- 3Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
- 4Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side.
- 5Flip the patties and place a generous amount of Swiss cheese on top of each. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the burgers are cooked to your desired doneness.
- 6Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
- 7Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf, a burger patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, and pickles on the bottom half of each bun. Top with the other half of the bun.
- 8Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
