1/2 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons za'atar
3 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons coriander
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 cup fresh parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl; let sit until frothy, about 5-10 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt.

Add the yeast mixture, olive oil, and yogurt to the flour; mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
