1 cup heavy cream (about 250 ML)
8 oz dry linguini (about 227 grams)
1 cup grated Parmesan (about 110 grams)

Cut the chicken breasts into about one inch cubes.

Season the chicken with a little bit of pepper and a dash of salt.

Turn on the Instant Pot and hit the sauté function to warm it up.

Once hot, pour in 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Break 8 oz of dry linguini in half and add it to the pot, spreading it evenly on top of the liquid.

Lock the lid on the Instant Pot and set the steam release handle to closed.

Press the pressure cooker function and set the time to 6 minutes on high pressure.

After cooking, perform a safe quick release of the pressure.

Once the float valve has dropped, unlock and open the Instant Pot.

Stir everything together and press the sauté function again to reduce the liquid for about 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
