1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 lb ground chicken
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon coriander
1 large egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/4 cup fresh parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter

Mix flour, water, and salt in a bowl to form a dough.

Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 10 minutes.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
