1

Put ground venison in a mixing bowl.

2

Add Chinese five spice, crushed garlic, sesame oil, and soy sauce to the venison.

3

Add chopped green onions, napa cabbage, and shredded carrots to the mixture.

4

Incorporate ginger paste and lemongrass paste into the mixture.

5

Mix everything well and season to taste with salt and pepper.

6

Take wonton wrappers and place about a teaspoon of the filling in the center.

7

Seal the wonton wrappers with water, repeating until all dumplings are made.

8

Heat a cast iron or non-stick pan on medium-high heat and add neutral oil.

Once the oil is hot, add the dumplings to the pan.

Cook the dumplings for about 3 to 5 minutes on one side.

Once the steam stops coming out, remove the lid and let the water evaporate until the bottoms of the dumplings are crispy.
