Prepare the green seasoning, a blend of fresh herbs and aromatics like onion, garlic, and thyme.

Rub the seasoning mixture into cleaned and pat-dried chicken thighs, lifting the skin to ensure seasoning is underneath.
For best results, marinate the chicken thighs overnight.
Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
Sear the chicken thighs skin side down in an oven-proof skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they have some color.
Pour chicken broth into the skillet to lift the seasoning from the bottom and stir if desired.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken thighs.
Once out of the oven, sprinkle fresh parsley over the chicken and add lemon pieces for garnish.
