Curry Crab

Clean the fresh bc crab.

Cut the eggplant into small pieces.

Slice the habanero pepper into very thin slices.

Season the crab with black pepper, salt, and a piece of habanero pepper, then mix it together.

Heat a pot and add a little bit of oil.

Add black masala and curry to the pot and fry it up.

Add water to the curry to create a paste.

Wait for the curry to become a smooth paste.

Add the potatoes and eggplant to the pot.

Cook for at least 15 minutes, checking after 5 minutes.

If needed, add more water and cook for another 10 minutes until the eggplant and potato are melting.

Check the potatoes and eggplant, and if they are melting, add the crab and taste for salt.

Mix everything together and cook for at least 10 minutes.

Add the milk and let it simmer, checking after 5 minutes.

Check if the crab is finished cooking and if the sauce is too much, cook for another 5 minutes.

Turn off the stove when everything is melted and cooked through.
