1 medium sweet Vidalia onion
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 cup whole fig preserves
2 cups Brussels sprouts
1/2 cup red peppers
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon mustard seed

Unwrap the local pork chop from its packaging.
