2 thick slices stale bread
3 roasted capia peppers
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 tablespoon pepper paste
1/2 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon pomegranate syrup
4-5 tablespoons strained yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 crushed clove of garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
2 cherry tomatoes
1 hot green pepper
1 small onion
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sumac
3-4 roasted eggplants
a few sprigs of parsley

1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon sumac
1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
3 small radishes

Mix in 3 tablespoons of strained yogurt and garnish with parsley and sesame before serving.

For the roasted pepper appetizer, take 2 thick slices of stale bread and 3 roasted capia peppers, and add 2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1/2 tablespoon pepper paste, 1/2 tablespoon tomato paste, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 tablespoon pomegranate syrup in a bowl.
