Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pitaya (dragon fruit)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. 1In a blender, combine the frozen pitaya, banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and honey (if using).
  2. 2Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
