Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 packs of vanilla sugar together.

Add 2 mugs of plain yogurt to the mixture.

Start with about 10 big tablespoons of flour and mix it in.

Add 1 pack of baking powder (about 12 grams) and then 10 more tablespoons of flour, mixing until combined.

Adjust the consistency by adding more flour as needed.

Heat oil in a pot for frying.

Take about one spoonful of the batter and drop it into the hot oil.

Fry until the first side is golden brown, then flip to fry the other side until golden brown.

Remove fritulice from the oil and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
