70 min
easy
6 servings
Servings4
1 garlic clove, cut in half
1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia brand cream cheese
3 tablespoons clam broth
1 (7 to 7.5 ounce) can minced clams, drained
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1.5 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
a dash of freshly ground pepper
1

Rub the bowl with the cut side of the garlic clove to infuse garlic flavor into the dip.

2

Add the softened cream cheese to the bowl. Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.

3

Pour in the clam broth and mix well until the mixture is smooth.

4

Once smooth, add the drained minced clams, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and a dash of freshly ground pepper.

5

Do not add salt, as the minced clams already contain enough salt.

6

The dip is now ready to be served with potato chips.
