Taco Pasta Shells

12 large pasta shells
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large pot, cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

Add the taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir in the salsa and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the beef mixture and place them in a baking dish.
