Mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients.
Stir until a dough forms.
Knead the dough until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled.
Punch down the dough and divide it into small pieces.
Shape each piece into a small baguette.
Place the shaped baguettes on a baking sheet.
Preheat the oven to 210 C / 410 F.
Bake with a hot water tray below and empty tray above for the first 15 minutes.
Spray the baguettes and inside the oven at minutes 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14.
Remove the water tray and the tray above at minute 15 and rotate the baguettes.
Flip the baguettes and cook for the last 5 minutes.
