- 4Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- 5Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on one side until browned.
- 6Flip the patties and cook for another 3-4 minutes for medium doneness.
- 7If using cheese, place it on the patties during the last minute of cooking to melt.

- 3Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- 4Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
- 5In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, cooked egg noodles, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
- 6Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
