1 tsp agar agar
5 tsp sugar
1 cup fresh cream
1/2 tsp orange zest
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup Orange juice
2 tsp sugar

In a saucepan, combine 1/2 cup full fat milk and 1 tsp agar agar. Heat until the agar agar is dissolved.

Add 5 tsp sugar and stir until dissolved.

In another bowl, whip 1 cup fresh cream until soft peaks form.

Mix in 1/2 tsp orange zest and 1/4 tsp vanilla essence into the whipped cream.

In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup orange juice and 2 tsp sugar. Heat until the sugar dissolves, then add 1/2 tsp agar agar and stir until dissolved.
