1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon ginger
2 medium tomatoes
1 green bell pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 lime
1/4 cup coriander
1/2 cup water
4 large banana leaves

Rinse grasshoppers thoroughly under cold water and drain.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.

Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add diced tomatoes and chopped green bell pepper, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.
