4 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 tomato, diced
1 teaspoon ground ancho
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
12 oz Oaxaca cheese
8 oz cheddar cheese
12 flour tortillas
