Cook 80/20 ground chuck until almost done, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Add taco seasoning and either hot water or beef broth, cooking for about 5 to 8 minutes until the liquid has absorbed.

Push the meat mixture aside and warm refried beans for about 5 minutes on the flat top or in a separate pan.

To warm the tortillas, add a little oil to the pan and place mini white corn tortillas down, toasting each side for about a minute.

Stack the toasted tortillas and set them aside.
