1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup water
2 garlic cloves minced
1 cup broth or stock of choice
¼ cup cold water

Season the pork tenderloin with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Heat avocado oil in the Instant Pot on sauté mode and brown the pork tenderloin on all sides.

Remove the pork tenderloin and set aside.

Add minced garlic to the pot and sauté briefly.

Add 1 cup of water and broth or stock of choice to the pot, scraping the bottom to deglaze.

Return the pork tenderloin to the pot, seal the lid, and cook on high pressure for 5-7 minutes.

Once done, allow for natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.

Remove the pork and let it rest.

To make the gravy, mix cornstarch with ¼ cup cold water to create a slurry.

Turn the pot back to sauté mode, add the cornstarch slurry, and stir until thickened.
