Take frozen chicken thighs and chicken tenders out of their packages.
Place the frozen chicken inside the Instant Pot.
Pour 1 cup of chicken broth into the Instant Pot.
Add chicken seasoning over the chicken.
Add roasted garlic to the chicken.
Add cumin to the chicken and move the chicken around a little bit.
Add Italian seasoning to the chicken, using quite a bit.
Add a few dashes of Himalayan salt to the chicken.
Add a little bit of coarse ground black pepper to the chicken.
Put the lid on the Instant Pot and ensure it seals.
Select the pressure cooker setting on the Instant Pot.
Navigate to the chicken setting and select it when it starts blinking.
Set the Instant Pot to cook on high for 10 minutes.
After cooking, open the Instant Pot and check the chicken.
Remove the chicken pieces from the Instant Pot and place them in a bowl.
Shred the chicken using two forks.
